Masses will resume 14th November:

   Saturday,  in Holy Cross, Llangollen at 6.00 p.m.

   Sunday, in Sacred Heart, Chirk at 9.00 a.m.

   Sunday, in St Mary’s, Ruabon at 11.00 a.m.

Churches will be open for private prayer:

Sacred Heart, Chirk on Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.

St Mary’s, Ruabon on Wednesday and Sunday 2:00 to 4.00 p.m.

Holy Cross, Llangollen on Friday 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Vocation: Our prayers are requested for:

  1. Mr. Matthew P. Bond, our current seminarian, as he awaits his diaconate ordination, that more young men may discern a vocation to the Priesthood.
  2. Dr. David Ian Gozzard of Abergele parish, who has completed his formation for ordination to the permanent diaconate.

Help has been requested from the Prison Advice and Care Trust (PACT). They are looking for volunteers and donations.  For more details: click here

The parish is named after the martyr Richard Gwyn, a school teacher who was martyred in 1584 and canonised by Pope Paul VI in 1970. It is part of the diocese of Wrexham. Charity number 700426
